Out Of Hours
The Out-of-Hours Service takes over the care of our patients between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am on weekdays and between 6.30pm on Friday night and 8.00am Monday morning.
Please note that the Health Centre is not open on Saturday mornings.
If an EMERGENCY arises between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am or over the weekend PLEASE RING the Out-of-Hours Service on 023 9237 7921.
Should you telephone the surgery out-of-hours on 0844 576 9040 a recorded message will tell you that your call is being diverted to the Out-of-Hours Service.

Emergencies
These will be seen as soon as the illness warrants. A brief explanation of the circumstances to the receptionist would be appreciated. You may be seen by one of our triage nursing team first. Urgent medical problems requiring attention will be seen on the same day.
