Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
Your doctor will tell you if you may have a repeat prescription for your medical treatment. This will be subject to periodic review.
Repeat Prescriptions Can Be Requested By:
a) Sending the request indicated on your computer counterfoil.
b) Calling into the surgery and leaving your request in the box provided.
c) Emailing your request to J82021-watersidescripts@nhs.net
Please allow 48 hours (two working days) for repeat prescriptions to be processed and signed.
Prescriptions will only be mailed if the request is accompanied by a stamped addressed envelope.
Repeat prescription requests will not be taken over the telephone as this can lead to mistakes.
