ConfidentialityAll patient records held on file or on computer are confidential. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.Comments & ComplaintsIf you have a complaint or concern, please let us know. We hope that most problems can be resolved quickly. Our patient liaison officer may be able to help you. A copy of our complaints procedure is available on request. If you wish to make a complaint please write to either the doctors or the practice manager as soon as possible so that your complaint can be investigated. Making a complaint will have no adverse affect on your care.
Violent Or Abusive PatientsPatients committing an act of violence against any person present on the practice premises will be reported to the police and removed from the practice list. |
